URLIFE MEDIA ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF REALTOR DRIVEN URLIFE HOME

UrLife Home Takes The Power of Storytelling For Realtors To Another Level By Creating A Home’s Lifestyle Trailer

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (August 9, 2016) – The moment the drone drops in and the first snaps of the home are taken, UrLife Home gives Realtors the power to create a lifestyle story that enhances the homes value to buyers. Today’s home buyer isn’t just buying a property; they’re buying a neighborhood, a school system, and a lifestyle. To properly communicate that emotion you need a powerful, new tool for marketing. For home buyers, the purchase of a home is all about the next steps in documenting and creating memories in their home.

UrLife Media, the iOS app and website that compiles personal content into shareable, Hollywood-quality movie trailers announces the launch of UrLife Home for the competitive Real estate market. UrLife Home now offers Realtors an innovative selling tool that helps them stand out through the homes Hollywood trailer experience.

“Our goal is to help realtors secure more listings and sell more homes. Storytelling is a very powerful tool that doesn’t exist like this in the real estate market. It will help the agent differentiate and standout in a very cluttered industry.” Ryan Hegenberger

Chad Fahlbusch of NW Real Estate, who is recognized in the top 1% of all Realtors in the United States and has a track record that includes $550M in residential real estate sales in the South Bay since 2003, has recently started using UrLife Home to market his properties.

“I have been a Realtor for 15 years and I just started using UrLife Home on all my listings as a way to take my marketing to another level.”, said Fahlbusch.

Using our professional team of Hollywood producers, editors, writers, narrators, and graphic designers, UrLife Home creates a 2 minute trailer of your listing that can be used across all of your marketing channels. The UrLife Home team has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, producing blockbuster movies and award winning trailers. Together, with proven partners from the real estate field, they know how to create and elevate your property’s story.

“We add excitement and inspiration into the otherwise tiresome home buying process.” Jack Giarraputo

UrLife Media and Hotel Del Coronado Announce Partnership | UrLife Media

Hotel Takes Personal Services to the Next Level, Offers Personal Editors to Document Your Vacation

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 1, 2016) – Every moment is precious, and UrLife Media and the legendary beachfront Hotel del Coronado want to ensure guests’ family vacations are well-documented. UrLife, the iOs app and website that compiles personal content into shareable, Hollywood-quality movie trailers, is partnering with San Diego’s iconic, luxury beach hotel to offer guests a more personal and premium way than ever to relive priceless travel memories for years to come. Hotels have always offered customized amenities like personal butlers and concierge services; Hotel del Coronado recognized changes in the way consumers were documenting their travels, and is taking personalized services to the next level by offering “personal editors” to their guests to ensure they’re able to document their stays in the most premium, memorable way.

Created by Hollywood film editors, UrLife trailers combine guests’ personal photography and videos captured during their stay with UrLife voiceovers, special effects and professional footage of The Del. The guests’ trip and memories are documented from beginning to end. They simply download the app or create a web log-in, upload their photos and videos, and provide an overview of their trip in “director’s notes.” Their personal editor then creates a custom video of their trip that can be shared on their social media channels, via e-mail and on a big screen.

“Families come from all over the world to experience the beauty of The Del and Coronado Island,” said Andre Zotoff, vice president and general manager of Hotel del Coronado. “We wanted to offer guests a unique way to make their memories last a lifetime.”

UrLife is the brainchild of Jack Giarraputo and Ryan Hegenberger, who have produced some of Hollywood’s biggest motion pictures and movie trailers. Giarraputo is a 20-year movie industry veteran and one of the prolific names behind Happy Madison Productions. With his partner Adam Sandler, Jack produced 14 different movies grossing over $100 million, and in total has produced films grossing over $3.5 billion in the worldwide box office. Hegenberger has been creating trailers for over 17 years; he got his start working on projects like Spiderman, Men in Black and The Sopranos and went on to found award-winning trailer company Big Picture Entertainment, which has helped generate over $15 billion in the worldwide box office.

The Hotel del Coronado was an ideal hotel for the partnership with its historic ties to Hollywood and the numerous movies filmed at the hotel including “Some Like It Hot” with Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon in 1958. The hotel also offers numerous activities for every family member or guest to enjoy and record their experiences, such as surf camps, clambakes and concerts in the sand to kid camps, painting by the sea, private chef dinners, and beach s’more roasts under the stars.

“If you are going to spend time and money planning an amazing vacation, you should complete the process and document it in the most premium way,” said Jack Giarraputo, UrLife Media co-founder, “I’m passionate about preserving the memories I make with my kids, and my goal with this partnership is to help parents transform the content they capture when on vacation into something they can treasure forever. Hotel Del Coronado is a major destination for families, and families, especially those that engage in luxury travel, are a big focus for our business.”

Upon check-in, guests receive a code for $100 off a UrLife trailer, which ranges from $295-$995 based on length. The founders offer tips for getting the best footage, encouraging guests to always film horizontally, get plenty of action shots, stage interviews for cute quotes, and be wary of lighting.
